Dr. Ho has more than 40 years’ work experience in Hong Kong’s manufacturing industry, including innovative textiles and clothing technologies, innovation and technology strategy, R&D project design, funding support, management and commercialization, etc. He is also a Chartered Textile Technologist and a Fellow Member of the Textile Institute; Fellow Member of Hong Kong Institute of Textile and Apparel; Senior Member of China Textile Engineering Society, etc.

Dr. Ho is also an Adjunct Professor of Institute of Textiles and Clothing of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (July 2013- June 2019); Honorary Associate Professor of the Faculty of Dentistry at the University of Hong Kong; Visiting Professor at both Donghua University, Zhejiang Sci-Tech University, Soochow University, etc., as well as Honorary Consultant of the Hong Kong General Chamber of Textiles; the Hong Kong Federation of Invention and Innovation; Shanghai Textile Science Research Institute, etc.

Dr. Ho is currently in charge of Hansk’s R&D Department, including the operation of a R&D Centre in Hong Kong Science Park; a production factory in Hong Kong; and a R&D Laboratory in Keqiao Innovative Research Institute of Zhejiang University of Technology.
